Q. When I try and log in I get redirected back to the homepage. How do I fix this?
A. This usually happens because all browsers use cookies and cache. Your browser cache stores files downloaded directly from the websites you visit—fonts, images etc. Cookies are a bit different—they store information about you and the things you’ve done online like logging into websites. When you clear your cookies, you’ll need to log back in to all of your accounts again. Clearing your cache doesn’t affect any of this but it does help to clear both and start fresh when having login issues.

Q. Help, I keep getting locked out while trying to log into my account.
A. Assuming you have a valid user account, you need to use the exact case lettering for your user name / email address for your login information. Upper and Lower case make a difference. Example: User name:JohnSmith and jonhsmith are treated as different separate users.

Q. Is is better to use my email address to login?
A. Either will work. WordPress user names and email addresses are case sensitive, as long as the email address follows the same case sensitive rules as your user name it shouldn’t matter. If you created an account with a upper case letter in your email on the website, you have to use upper case letter in the login process or it will not allow assess.

Q. How do I rest my password?
A. You can reset your account password on the Login Page by using the Get New Password link. If you still cannot log in after resetting your password please send us and email using our contact form requesting a password / account reset or open a support ticket.

Q. I cannot find the course(s) I paid for. How do I fix this?
A. Open a support ticket and we will add the missing course to your profile.
